Resources

Welcome to my resource library! This is a space where I share different resource materials that I have come across or created myself in my work as a coach and a team lead. These include articles, recaps of research, practical hands-on tools, and collections of links to original source materials.

This library is a constant work-in-progress — I add to this collection on a rolling basis and I make updates and adjustments with any new insights I uncover from practical experience. A bit of a disclaimer: Some of the resource materials are derivatives of earlier work or ideas that have become popularized on the Internet and in mainstream media. When able, I always try to provide links back to original source materials so that you can assess the validity of the content for yourself. That said, I only publish materials here that I have put into practice in some way in my work as a coach or team lead that have proven to be effective in my own experience, so there is some field testing that validates the practical utility.

If you’re curious about anything you see here or would like to learn more about how I apply these in my work with coaching clients and teams, feel free to each out.
